Bob Walters has over 20 years of experience in the field of Organization and Leadership Development. He gained international notoriety for his turn-around work with Harley-Davidson and the World Trade Center. He has held executive positions with Harley-Davidson, Racine Steel, Bank of America and Strategic Systems Corporation. He works in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Bob manages complex engagements that frequently combine strategic planning, business reengineering, executive-level assessment and development.  

We specialize in the field of human and organization performance and have developed and implemented human resource management and development systems for companies around the world.
